What Is It?
Elite has more in it than hyaluronic acid. According to the product information, it contains low cross-linked hyaluronic acid together with niacinamide, glutathione, peptides and adenosine. The hyaluronic acid works on hydration, and the others target tone and the surface of the skin.
In plain hydration treatments the only job is holding water. Elite also has content aimed at uneven colour, so it works in two directions at once. What sets it apart from collagen-stimulating protocols is that it contains no stimulator such as poly-lactic acid. For that reason structural firming is not among the aims of this treatment.

How Is It Done?
During the assessment we look at how much of the problem is dryness and how much is uneven colour. If the complaint is mainly pigmentation, a different treatment comes into question. After a topical anaesthetic cream, we deliver the product with a fine needle into the superficial layer of the skin, through points spread across the area. The procedure takes about 15 minutes. The reported plan is 2 sessions.
Who Is It For?
It suits patients whose skin looks both dry and dull, who are bothered by uneven tone, and who want support for both in the same session. Once the dryness is dealt with, you also prevent pigmentation to some extent. Besides the face, we can treat the neck and décolleté with the same logic.
Because the content includes more than one active ingredient, we ask about known sensitivities beforehand. Pregnancy and breastfeeding, active acne or infection in the area, bleeding disorders and uncontrolled immune disease change the timing of the treatment.

You feel the hydration in the first days. The difference in tone appears as the sessions are completed. The reported duration is 6-12 months. If you do not keep up sun protection, the uneven colour returns sooner; this is the habit that shapes the result most.
What Is Not Promised
Elite does not lighten deep or hormone-related pigmentation, does not change skin colour and does not replace sun protection. It adds no volume and does not do the job of a filler. Because it does not aim at structural firming, it does not tighten sagging either. We cannot promise a particular tone or duration.

Is it the same as Kamilane PLA?
No, it is not the same. The content logic is similar, but Kamilane PLA contains poly-lactic acid, so the collagen side also works. Elite has no such stimulator; its work stays on hydration and tone.
Will my pigmentation clear?
Not with this treatment. We expect it to help with scattered colour on the surface. Deep and hormone-related pigmentation needs a separate plan.
