What Is It?
The easiest way to explain Peptidyal is by what is in it. It is a Swiss skinbooster, in other words a bio-revitalising protocol. It is reported to contain purified hyaluronic acid in four different molecular weights, amino acids and calcium hydroxyapatite. We do not add volume to the area; our aim is to get the skin’s own hydration and support structure working.
It differs in two places. The first is that the hyaluronic acid comes in four separate molecular weights. Small molecules spread deeper, and large ones stay longer near the surface. The second is calcium hydroxyapatite. We know this substance from other treatments too. Used in concentrated form it gives volume like a filler, while diluted and thinned it works towards increasing the skin’s collagen production. In Peptidyal it adds a structural layer compared with hydration protocols that carry only amino acids and hyaluronic acid.

How Is It Done?
At the assessment I look at the hydration level, the thickness of the skin and the degree of laxity together. We separate whether the complaint comes from tissue quality or from volume loss. After a topical anaesthetic cream, we deliver the product with a fine needle at different depths, through points spread across the area. We can also work on the neck, décolleté and backs of the hands. The procedure takes about 30 minutes on average. The plan is 1-2 sessions, 15 days apart.
Who Is It For?
It suits patients whose skin is drying out and who, in the same period, are starting to lose firmness. We can also address thinning on the neck, décolleté and backs of the hands within the same plan. Where sagging is marked, it is not enough on its own.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding, active infection or inflamed acne in the treatment area, bleeding disorders and known allergy to the product’s ingredients change the plan. In thin areas such as the neck and the backs of the hands, we adjust the amount and depth separately.
Results & Duration
You feel the hydration side in the first few days. The sense of support settles in over the weeks after the second session. The reported duration is 12-16 months; it varies with the starting condition of your skin and how well you protect it from the sun.
What Is Not Promised
We do not plan Peptidyal for volume or shape in areas such as the cheekbones, chin or lips; it does not change facial proportions. It does not gather up sagging skin and does not replace a thread lift or surgical lifting. It does not lighten darker areas of skin tone. I cannot promise a particular degree of firmness or duration.
