Power Col-Tra
What Is It?
Power Col-Tra works with a single active ingredient, poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). It is a collagen-stimulating protocol. It does not create volume where it is placed. As the PLLA is absorbed in the tissue it triggers collagen production, and the change we are waiting for comes from that collagen.
What sets it apart from the combined products in the same family is that its content sits on a single axis. Only the collagen side works; it carries no hydrating or tone-evening component. That is why the first weeks pass quietly. In return, the reported duration goes up to 2 years. We can plan the face, neck and décolleté together in one treatment.

How Is It Done?
During the assessment we look separately at skin thickness, the loss of tissue support and how much of the problem is volume loss. We explain from the start that the result will unfold over months. After a topical anaesthetic cream, we place the prepared product with a cannula or a needle into the planned layer, spreading it evenly. The whole procedure takes about 30 minutes. Before you leave, we explain the massage you will do on the area. The reported plan is 2-3 sessions; the more marked the collagen loss, the more sessions may be needed.
Who Is It For?
It suits patients whose tissue support in the face and body is gradually decreasing and who accept an improvement that comes over time. We prefer it for broad areas such as the temples, below the cheekbones, the cheeks, the neck and the décolleté. We do not use it under the eyes or on the lips.
Because the treatment area is large, we take your health history in detail. Pregnancy and breastfeeding, active infection in the area, a known problem with scar healing, uncontrolled immune disease and sensitivity to the product content change the plan.
Results & Duration
The change becomes visible as the collagen response builds up. You usually feel the first difference after the second month, and we expect it to become clear at 3-6 months. Because the new structure is produced by your own cells, our aim is a result in which you still look your age, only better. The reported duration is up to 2 years and varies with the amount applied. The effect is not permanent, and we set the renewal interval at the follow-up visit.
What Is Not Promised
Power Col-Tra does not work like a filler. It gives no volume on the day of treatment and does not change facial proportions. It does not tighten sagging skin and does not take the place of surgical lifting. It has no effect on pigmentation or colour problems on the surface. We cannot promise a particular degree of firmness, number of sessions or duration.
