PRX-T33
What Is It?
PRX-T33 is a needle-free skin renewal protocol that we apply by spreading it onto the skin. Its active ingredients reach the lower layer without peeling the surface, and the aim is to put the fibroblasts to work.
It differs from two things. With a peel, the aim is to strip the surface away; here we don’t expect crusting or days when you can’t leave the house. With needle mesotherapy, the substance is injected into the skin; here we spread the product on and massage it in. So there are no needle marks, no bruising and no recovery days.

How Is It Done?
After cleansing the skin, we apply the product to the face, neck and décolleté in a set pattern, with massage. The procedure takes about 30 minutes on average. The protocol is one session a week for a month, 4 sessions in total. Home care goes alongside the series, and it decides most of the result.
Who Is It For?
It suits people whose skin looks dull and tired, whose fine lines are becoming more visible, who don’t want needles or whose pace of work leaves no room for a recovery day. It is a good option for my patients who are afraid of needles, too. We also choose it for superficial pigmentation and uneven tone.
If there is an open wound, active eczema, inflamed acne or sunburn in the treatment area, we postpone. We assess pregnancy and breastfeeding and any known sensitivity to the ingredients separately at the examination. If you have recently had a peel or laser, we leave a gap in between.
Results & Duration
After the application the skin feels brighter and tighter. The real change settles once the series is complete, after the fourth week. The effect is reported to last 6-12 months, depending on sun protection and home care.
What Is Not Promised
PRX-T33 doesn’t add volume or lift sagging; it doesn’t do a filler’s job. It doesn’t close deep acne scars or deep lines, and it doesn’t replace fractional laser. We don’t regard it as a permanent treatment for pigmentation either, and it doesn’t lighten darker areas. No one can promise a particular level of brightness or duration.
Key Benefits
- Non-peeling peeling
- Collagen production
- Brightening effect
“In the past we did TCA peels. For two days the face looked shiny, as if cling film had been stretched over it, and then it peeled almost like snakeskin. Today there are products we simply apply to the skin, and you carry on with your daily life with no peeling and no recovery period.”

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it differ from a peel?
It doesn’t peel the surface. With a peel the aim is to strip the surface in a controlled way, and there is a crusting period. Here the surface is left intact and the substance reaches the lower layer; we don’t expect peeling or days when you can’t leave the house.
Are there really no needles?
None. We spread the product onto the skin and massage it in. We don’t expect needle marks, pinpoint redness or bruising.
How many sessions are needed?
Usually 4 sessions. It runs for a month, one session a week; the number is confirmed at the examination according to the state of your skin.
Can it be done in summer?
I decide the timing. When the sun is strong, we keep protection stricter and review the plan with that in mind.
