General Questions
Is the consultation free?
Yes, the first consultation and assessment are free. You can book the appointment on WhatsApp. At that meeting we talk through together which treatment suits you.
How do I book an appointment?
The quickest way is to message us on WhatsApp: +90 532 499 6414. We reply within a few minutes. We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00–19:00, and closed on Mondays.
Where is the clinic?
Harbiye Mah. Teşvikiye Cad. No:19 Kat:6 D:13, 34367 Şişli/Istanbul (above Teşvikiye Saray Pastanesi). Within walking distance of Nişantaşı.
Why are treatment prices not shown on the website?
Because the price depends on what will be done for you. Even within the same treatment, the amount of product and the number of sessions differ from person to person. We give you clear information after the examination, at the free consultation.
How do I find out which treatment is right for me?
By being examined. At the free consultation we do a face analysis, look at your skin and facial proportions, and listen to what you expect. It would not be right to say which treatment suits you without seeing your face.
Do the treatments involve surgery?
Most of them are non-surgical. We work with injections, thread lifts or light- and ultrasound-based devices. We decide at the examination which one suits you.
Will the results look natural?
That is our aim. We use measured amounts and keep the proportions of your face. We want a result where your age still shows a little, but you look more rested.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your face analysis and personal data are protected under data-protection law (KVKK/GDPR); biometric data processing is subject to your explicit consent.
