What Is It?
Of all the patients who come to the clinic, the ones most hesitant about having a treatment are those who come for the under-eye area. It is true that the area is delicate. The skin around the eye is the thinnest skin on the face, and the network of vessels beneath it sits close to the surface.
Jalupro Young is a skin treatment made with amino acids and hyaluronic acid and arranged for this area. We also use protocols with the same logic on the face. Here the amount, depth and technique are narrowed down to suit the eye area. We approach the dark look and fine lines through the quality of the skin; filling hollows is not this product’s job.

How Is It Done?
First we look at what that darkness is. Is it coming from the vessels, from shadow or from pigment? Each of the three is handled differently, so I do not plan a treatment before making that distinction. If we find it suitable, after a topical anaesthetic cream we deliver the product with a very fine needle through a small number of points spread around the eye. The procedure takes about 15 minutes on average. The standard plan is 2 sessions, 15 days apart.
Who Is It For?
It suits patients who tell me the skin around their eyes has thinned, dried out and looks tired. Long screen time, lack of sleep and salt balance make this picture worse.
If there is marked excess skin on the eyelid, it will not meet expectations. If there is active infection or allergic inflammation around the eye, we postpone the treatment. Pregnancy and breastfeeding, bleeding disorders and blood-thinner use change the plan.
Results & Duration
After the first session you will feel a certain freshness; the real difference settles in over the weeks after the second session. The reported duration is 6-9 months. Around the eyes, the two things that change the result most are sleep pattern and salt intake.
What Is Not Promised
Jalupro Young does not fill the under-eye hollow or close the groove. It does not gather up excess skin on the eyelid and does not take the place of surgery. It does not erase crow’s feet, and it does not replace botulinum toxin either. If the dark look comes from the vessels, we do not expect a marked change. We make no promise of a particular degree of brightening or a particular duration.
