What is Melisa?
Melisa is an artificial intelligence assistant working on behalf of our clinic. She is not a human. She answers messages sent to our WhatsApp and Instagram accounts 24/7 when our clinic team is unavailable. She always introduces herself as an AI assistant and does not pretend to be human.
What can she do?
- Treatment information: Gives short, up-to-date information about the treatments we offer at the clinic. For details, she points you to the treatment pages on this site.
- Pricing: Shares current per-session prices and any campaign prices.
- About Dr. Sinan Akyürek: Answers questions about his education, experience and approach (full biography).
- Appointments: She works with the clinic calendar. She can create a real appointment, reschedule it or cancel it.
- Handover to the team: Passes anything she cannot answer, or anything that needs a person to deal with it, to our clinic team. You can ask to speak with a clinic staff member at any time.
What are her limits?
- No medical assessment: She does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or medically interpret the photos or test results you send. The treatment plan that suits you and the exact budget are decided only by Dr. Sinan Akyürek at the free pre-consultation.
- She can make mistakes: Melisa is an AI system. Occasionally she may give incomplete or incorrect information. Her answers are for general information and do not count as a binding commitment. You can confirm exact, current details on our treatment pages and at your examination.
- Not for emergencies: If you have a serious complaint after a procedure, your message is passed to the clinic team straight away. In a medical emergency, please go directly to a healthcare facility.
How is your data processed?
Your conversations with Melisa are processed automatically to handle your request and manage appointments, and they are recorded in our patient relations (CRM) system. When you book an appointment, Melisa records your full name in our system. This record is linked to your patient file at the clinic.
You do not have to share health information through these channels before your examination. If you prefer, we can also talk over the clinic phone. Details of how your personal data is processed (data controller, transfers, retention periods and your rights) are in our Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Disclosure.
Human support
At any time, just write "I'd like to speak with a staff member". Your message is passed to our clinic team, and we reply on the same channel. Clinic hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00–19:00.
